Our Governance

The Group is governed by a board of up to 10 directors who are also trustees.  There are currently seven in place:  

 


 
Dr Tani Omideyi - Chair
Chemical Engineering graduate, worked in the Industry for a few years, followed by a period as a school teacher. Extensive project development experience, board member of other organisations and the Senior Pastor at TOP and pioneer of LJM.
 
 
Dr Modupe Omideyi – Secretary 
Chemical Engineering graduate, worked in the Industry for a few years, followed by a period as a school teacher, and later as a Lecturer in an FE Institution.  Former Project Director of North West Learning Grid.  Has a PRINCE 2 Project Management certificate.  Extensive project development experience, board member of other organisations, Co-Pastor at TOP and pioneer of LJM. 
 
Mrs Helen Hawley
BSc Hons Graduate, Clinical Physiologist at Royal Liverpool & Broadgreen University Hospitals.  Extensive experience in children's ministry.
 
Mrs Stephanie Murphy        
BA Music graduate, a senior school teacher with responsibility for ICT.  Member of various orchestras in the city.
 
       
Pastor Yemi Adedeji 
Yemi is a Pastor from the Black Majority Church network and also worked as the New Relationships and Outreach Adviser for the Anglican Church Mission Society.
Mr Emmanuel Eguare 
Emmanuel Eguare is a Consultant in Colorectal Surgery and is based in Dublin, Eire.
 
 
 
Miss Tolu Omideyi            
Graduate in Pollution Science. Tolu Omideyi is the Sustainable Development Officer for Charnwood Borough Council in Leicestershire.
